Description of Service
Moldman has years of experience doing certain types of biohazard remediation jobs. We currently offer the following biohazard remediation services to the communities we serve:

Our Biohazard Remediation Cleanup Process
We take extra precautions when performing mold biohazard cleanup. This means not only being extra sensitive to the people involved in these challenging situations, but also we prioritize safety for workers and occupants.
While every biohazard job is different, generally speaking these are the industry standards and steps we follow in most biohazard jobs:
Containment: We seal off and contain the work area to prevent or limit the spread of biohazard from impacted areas to non-impacted areas.
HEPA Air Scrubbing: Our specialized air mover machines equipped with HEPA air filters effectively clean the contaminated air.
Selective Demo: We carefully remove any materials such as drywall that have been contaminated by the biohazard.
HEPA Vacuuming: We utilize HEPA-filtered vacuums to thoroughly clean visible surfaces within the work area.
Antimicrobial & Disinfectant Cleaning: This step involves meticulous cleaning and disinfecting the contaminated area using hospital-grade cleaning agents.
Deodorize: Eliminating odors from biohazard contamination is often challenging and requires expertise and knowledge to do it right. We use a variety of techniques and tools to deodorize the impacted areas.
Final HEPA Vacuuming & Clean-Up: We perform another round of HEPA vacuuming and conduct an antimicrobial wipe-down in all areas (not just where the biohazard area).
QC Check & Customer Sign-Off: In the final step, we conduct a comprehensive quality control check and walk-through with the customer (when available) to review the completed job. Once the customer approves, we dismantle containment and perform final clean-up of the work area.
